I've searched the forums and I'm sure now that the dxf files are in inches
I still can't figure out how deep the red parts should be. The cradle platen has 4 sockets with the same width as the front/rear plates. But the confusing thing for me is I measured the socket width as 0.50', however the left/right cradle parts have a cutting depth of 0.22', which translates to a height of 0.70'-0.22'=0.48'. But this doesn't match 0.50'? Is this to leave some room during cutting?
[EDIT] Can someone move my posts into this thread?

Can you post a screenshot of the parts/depths you need?

On my scanners, those tabs are 1/2" thick.
However, you can solve this any way you like. On the large front/back pieces of the top part of the scanner, there are slots that those tabs push into. You can make the slots 1/2" (12.5mm), and the tabs 1/2", and they will fit perfectly. Does that make sense?
