I have made a quick test with This page and this build is crashing on me when Dewarp AUTO is used (running Windows 7 - 32 bits). Manual mode seems to work though.

Use 1.0.0beta2, which is just a couple of posts above. This page wouldn't work in auto mode though - too few long text lines.
Scan Tailor experimental doesn't output 96 DPI images. It's just what your software shows when DPI information is missing. Usually what you get is input DPI times the resolution enhancement factor.

Yep. That's the build I used. Thanks for clarifying things up Tulon.

You are confusing me. Did you use 1.0.0beta2? It shouldn't crash on that page in the first place (I checked), and in addition it has crash reporting enabled, unlike beta1 - yet I didn't receive any crash reports from beta2.

Yes I am using 1.0.0beta 2. I did a clean installation. It keeps hanging on me when selecting Dewarp AUTO. I have sent the crash report. Anyway it's HERE too.

Wow, awesome! I was so excited when I read the news article that I ran upstairs to get it installed on my workstation.

But I can't (Unless I use WINE)! Where's the source? ;)

In Git. This link will always give you the latest snapshot.
